Complexity of SAP.NET applications developed with the PDK

Hello,

i have some questions regarding the complexity of the PDK. I read in another thread, that functions like response.redirect are not supported by the PDK and therefore you have to use client side events in order to implement communiction between two different portal components. So, is it possible to create an application using the pdk that consits of multiple diffent pages that are displayed at different times? The content of one page should depend on selections of previous pages. Some of the pages should communicate with different back end systems (for example a SQL database or an existing SAP/R3 system). Is this possible or can i just create pages like visual composer pages (without navigation and without complex logic)?

    Hi Marc,

    U hav 2 options..,

1.u can put all the business logic in a single portal component and use visibility to change the page.

2.U can try out object based navigation..

For object based navigation..,Checkout This Link,

    Hi Marc,

u can hav different pages but for communication between these pages u need to go for client side eventing(EPCF or Client Data Bag).or simply u can keep everything in a single page seperated by placeholder or panel control.
