How can I call a web service to create a sub-ticket in Cloud for Customer via SOUPUI?

I was wondering if it's possible to create a sub-ticket calling the webservice manageservicerequestin1. I already looked the documentation , but I could not find.

Another point, if it's not possible to create a sub-ticket through call webservice, there are any way to create a workflow or rule to create a sub-ticket as soon as I change a category in C4C?
