Synchronization from middle of the MAM application

Hi all

We have a scenario where we need the synchronization option in the middle of the MAM application.The Mobile user needs to place a order from the list of material available in the device and he needs to know the status of the goods order immediatly(at the end of the sync a message box should popup).

how can we accomplish this with the existing MAM application and will the BADis and BAPIs support this.

also can we get the BOM for a Function location with the existing BADIs
