Objective Setting and Appraisals - Status based access

Hi Guys

I am working on configuring an appraisal system based on 'Objective Setting and Appraisals'. I have the requirement of giving different kind of access based on the different status/sub-status. How do I go about it?

Regards

Lincoln

    Hello Gupta,

You can use the Column Access BADi (HRHAP00_COL_ACC) for this.

    Hi Lincoln,

I afraid that the easy answer, like most things in MBO is based around a BAdI.

There is a BAdI that you can use to control user access. It takes some understanding of the structure of the underlying document to make sense of it, but when implemented can be very useful.

Sorry I can't be more helpful right now - when I'm back next to a system I can give you some details.

    Cheers,

    Chris

    Good luck
