Information Steward Scorecard Last Run Date Incorrect

Greetings everyone,

We are facing an issue in BOIS, where we are unable to view the scorecard of a project when 'Last Run' option is selected for Show score as of. It is throwing an error "Cannot Perform Operation on selected objects; objects may have been deleted by another user(UID-10037)"

• Also, the 'Last Run' date is showing incorrect. It is showing the timestamp of 9 March. We have scheduled the scorecard utility to run everyday and it has run even today without issues. This was majorly highlighted.

Kindly help us with this issue. We are using IS 4.2 SP5 Patch3.

With error:

Cannot Perform Operation on selected objects; objects may have been deleted by another user(UID-10037)

You should check that the rules and rule bindings have not been deleted from the current project.

Last Run Date refers to the last time the calculate scorecard utility in CMC was executed.

You can execute this utility manually or schedule

goto CMC > Applications > Information Steward Applications > Manage Utilities

Under actions you can select Run Now or Schedule.
