Import Chart of Accounts - Enter Valid Code Enter Valid Code 65171

Hi

I am using SAP 9.2 PL03 DTW to add new active accounts under Expenses > 610000 - Generation Administratiion > 611000 - Generation Administration - Labor (Level 4). In the DTW Template, I have entered the below values under the respective columns in the excel sheet and there is no values in other columns.

AcctName : Testing Expense Acct

Finanse: tNO

Budget: tNO

Postable: tYES

FatherNum: 611000

ActType: at_Expenses

LocManTran: tNO

FormatCode: 611001069

During SAP DTW import, I am getting Enter valid code Enter Valid Code 65171 error. When I opened the error file, I did not see any errors. Please help

Check SAP Note No. : 858361 regarding importing the Chart of Account.
