Unable to connect to SAP BW (INA Provider)

Hi Experts,

We are using SAP BPC 10.1 Embedded & Standard version, for Planning we are using Embedded and Consolidation Standard.Please see the below system details.

My question is While trying to connect using EPM Add-in we are unable to connect to the system.Please see the below error message.

I am not sure if this is you exact problem errorcode.png but we had this issue earlier after trying to update Analysis for Office from 2.3 to 2.4. Our system had not met all the requirements to be updated to 2.4 as shown by the PAM. The links for the PAM related to AO is the following https://wiki.scn.sap.com/wiki/display/BI/Analysis+Office+Installation+and+Update. Once we reloaded 2.3 and updated to the highest allowed patch by PAM the error disappeared.
