sapinst crashes direct after extracting on aix

Hello,

we want to install a new Netweaver System but unfurtunatly I can not start sapinst. Right next to the extracting phase the error comes up. I already searched for a similiar error but didn't find a solution.

Hi Timo,

I changed your primary tag to "Software Logistics," as your question is really about running SWPM and system provisioning, and not about the AIX operating system. I moved the "IBM AIX" tag to secondary, as it's still important for the question.

One addition: Make sure to use the very latest SWPM for this installation.
Check central note 1680045 on it.

Dear Timo,

please check your locale and LANG settings. Most probably the issue is located here.

Also please check note 1863675 which deals with a similar issue, but is valid for SUM.
