Enabling Microsoft Skype for Business & Sharepoint in SAP JAM Collaboration

1. I need to know the steps to check if Skype for Business & Sharepoint has been enabled in SAP JAM/Success Factor.

2. If not enabled what is the procedure to enable Skype & Sahrepoint on JAM/Success Factor.

Hi Daksha,

you will need to be an administrator in SAP Jam to check for those integrations.

The easiest is probably to check the External Applications section in the admin panel and check if there's a SharePoint configuration done already.
