ALV Grid - Heading & currency field

Hi Experts,

I have two issues to takecare for which i require some inputs:

i)How is TOP OF LIST handled in ALV GRID DISPLAY.

ii) I have a field HOURS(quantity field) & another field MEINH (unit of measure) which is common for all the quantities.

How to display the Unit of measure field against the subtotal quantity.

Build Fieldcatalog for ALV Report

There are a number of ways to create a fieldcat.
For the purpose of this example i will build the fieldcatalog manualy
by populating the internal table fields individually and then
appending the rows. This method can be the most time consuming but can
also allow you more control of the final product.

Beware though, you need to ensure that all fields required are
populated. When using some of functionality available via ALV, such as
total. You may need to provide more information than if you were
simply displaying the result
I.e. Field type may be required in-order for
the 'TOTAL' function to work.

Hi,

I do not find any parameter 'i_callback_top_of_page' in the ALV_GRID_DISPLAY.

I am working in 4.7 version.

Can you tell me which parameter should i use alternatively.

You can verify standard program BALVST02_GRID for printing top of page.

ii)

Have a column for MEINH in your grid.

In the field catalog for HOURS, set qfieldname to 'MEINH'.

If you like, you can hide MEINH in the grid, maybe by specifying a display variant that hides MEINH.
