RunTime error

Hi Gurus,

I am trying to delete the previous initialization request

in the scheduler,But I am getting runtime error.I have already checked in st22,I am specifying the name of the

runtime error(DBIF_RSQL_SQL_ERROR) Please help me out.

Hi,

This error will come due to many reasons. generally it come due to deadlock problem try to delete the init again or give some more inputs regarding error.

I Have already deleted the initial request almost 3 times,

everytime i am getting the same problem.Can u tell me briefly about this one.

Hi Kiran,

We are also facing the same problem while activating the ODS, but when i repeat the process it goin fine. i searched in service.sap.com on this and got some info, see this SAP notes 84348, 634458, 485061 it will give an idea. but mainly this error will come due to dead lock.

Kiran,

Analyze the short dump. There will be a table in there somewhere that is causing the dump. Try accessing the table directly in SE16 or try through SE14. Otherwise, have your basis team have a look at it.
