we use our SolMan for central system monitoring. If we get an alert in CCMS, an email will be send to the service desk team where they create a new ticket in an external system.
Now we are looking for a way, to automate this. Best solution would be:
we use a autoreaction method which will generate a SOAP Request -> is this possible?
Work around would be:
the autoreaction will start an batch file which will generate a SOAP request with all the parameters of the alert -> this must be possible, can anyone help me?!
