We are using Powerbuilder 10.5.2 build 7016 we want the latest EBF (build 7826) for this version. Where can I download. We dont want to migrate to 12.6 as yet

You won't be able to find the download for that version from any official source online. Your best bet is if someone has that version that they can share with you.
