"No Central Application Server found" when running SM:UPLOAD SYSTEM DATA (AI_SC_UPLOAD_SYSTEM_DATA)

I have a simple one system Solution Manager setup with one SLD for the whole landscape. A managed system (Dev ECC system) is configured to send system info to SLD. I can see that system in SLD. Information is synchronizing from SLD to LMDB. I can see the system in LMDB.

The job SM:UPLOAD SYSTEM DATA (report AI_SC_UPLOAD_SYSTEM_DATA) is scheduled to upload data to SAP Support Portal. However, I got this error:

No Central Application Server found for DV1.SystemNumber.##########.SystemHome.xxxxxxxxxx.
For class SAP_BCSystemCentralApplicationServer, a call of Associator Names of WBEM returned no results.
A WBEM call or query returned no results.

Do you have any idea on how to resolve this? I'm trying to this system data to Support Portal so I can use Maintenance Planner. Thank you.

I found the solution to this. In SLD, I have to mark the Application Server as Central. See Note 2237608

https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/2237608/E

I don't know why I have to manually perform this. But I hope this can help others having this similar problem.
