Devlopment Vs Production

Currently i am working on Development server, and trying to check the delta load working properly or not.

My Question is when we transport the objects to producion/quality server, do the data which we loaded in development also get updated in production, or the production deals with live/new data?

Cheers!!!!

    Hi SAP BI,

Using transport we can transport structures only. You have to load data in each system(Dev, Quality and production).

    Hope it Helps

only the configuration moves when you do the transports...you still have to do the loads again to stage the data in cubes or ODS etc...in production...

in production you have real time data of a company...

    Hi SAPBI,

With transport system you do not have a data transfer, only the structures are transported.

You have also data transfer if you make a copy client.

    Ciao.
