Rule Error : Type of operation is different from rule type

Hi Hr Experts,

I am getting this error message when i do the syntax check for many rules which are already working properly in production system.

The Error message is :

"Type of operation is different from rule type" .

And it makes the Operation decision like OUTWPEMPLR to be highlighted in Red Color along with the above Error message.

Thus when we try to change this rule in development system to add the additional requirement/changes, it bumps up a Error saying to rectify the above error . Well that was never a error while working in production/development enviroment.

Can u guys guide me on this matter???
