Different work center and logical link for different user

Hi,

I am facing an issue in the SAP CRM Web UI Navigation Bar. A logical link in the navigation bar is missing for only one user and one work center which is inactive is visible. For all other users its working fine.

I have compared the Roles and Profiles of the user with otheres. Its exactly same.

Where else should I look to get the root cause.
