Unfortunately a user removed a critical iview from a page using the iview tray option "remove from page". We are in EP6 SP2. We do not have any page personalization for this or any page. As an administrator, how can I restore this iview to the page for the user. In the future, I will configure the iview so that it cannot be removed. Thanks!!
Hi,
Try removing and re-assigning the page to his role.
If the problem persists may be you can look into clearing the personalization values for that user..Iam not sure if clearing the personalization wud clear the issue..Try!

Thanks N for your response. I removed/re-added role with same results. I did not see the Personalization Cleanup option in EP6/SP2. I did see this in our NW4 prototype. Any other suggestions on how to restore an iview to a page. Is there an easy way to insert page personalization?
