Time quota generation for worker EL based on 240 days eligibility

We are using negative time management for time evaluation. The requirement, EL would generate if employee completed 240 days (Attendace day + previous year availed EL)

  • 1.Earned Leave (maximum of 15 days during the year) (365 - (52 Sunday + 15 FH))/20. e.g. (365-(52+15))/20= 14.9(15) days
  • 2.Every 20days work = 1 EL
  • 3.Eligibility criteria is minimum of 240 days (bodily present) during the year. Those who present 240 days will get EL (240/20)=12 days.
  • 4.If Bodily present (No. of days worked) + EL availed) >= 240 then only Accrued EL will be consider but calculation of EL will be made on the basis of actual Body Present. i.e. BP= 230 & EL=10 Calculation is (230/20=11.5 (12 days). Another example if BP=230 & EL=9 . No of Accrued EL will be 0 (Zero) because criteria of 240 days not covered.
