What is the transaction code for checking required authorization object if users get "no authorization" message?

What is the T-Code for Profile Generator?

Can manually created Profiles be included in an Activity Group? How?

Name some of the authorization tools in SAP R/3?

If a user called and said they could not use transaction X what would you do?

How do you imprt a SAPSCRIPT transport?

Can you undo a transport?

Hi

In su53 we can monitor the no authorization objects

Using SU02(before 4.7) and PFCG(4.7 on wards) we can generate profiles

From 4.7 onwards whenever u create a role by default profile will generate.this profile we cannot add to the user profile

PFCG,PFUD

I will ask the user to send the SU53 screen.if i could not findout i will run ST01 trace

We cannot undo a transport

Hi,

For no authorization, use Tcode SU53.

T-code for Profile Generator - PFCG

Not sure about authorization tools, but if I take a stab at it we use VIRSA a lot. Don't know if there are any others that are used as widely as VIRSA.

For user calls, first ask the user what type of message he's getting, i.e create, change, display, generate, etc or if he's not getting into the Transaction itself. he should get some sort of message for that as well at the bottom. Ask him to send the SU53 screen shot. Also check his authorization profile to see what he's authorized to do and what not, ex if his id has authorization to execute that transaction, etc.

SAPSCRIPT transport is same as other transports. When creating or changing, it'll prompt you for a transport request and all changes will be captured therein. Once done, release the transport and ask your BASIS person to import it.

You can't backout a tranport per se. You can undo the changes, by going back to dev, correcting it or changing the original config/code/settings, etc for that particular object and then transporting that after the original transport, which overwrites your original changes. This way you can undo your original transport.
