QN Task follow up


We are trying to improve the QN process and use the Task fields: Follow up action and Short text related. When raising a task for a user and that user still works on that task(i.e. waiting email from vendor), we want him to be able to add a comment where he is in the process...i.e. Follow up action is "Create Claim" and Short Text to say "Waiting claim approval from vendor"

For some reasons the Follow up action field is grayed out and we cannot add this in QM02, niether in the SAP inbox workflow

Are we missing something out ?

    Please check the below path -

    Quality Management => Quality Notifications => Notification Processing => Additional Notification Functions => Define Action Box =>

    Define Functions for the Action Box => Check the key function for 'Create Claim' => check if this is flagged as "Only performed Once' in RULES block.

    If so, please remove it and retest.
