When i post document what kind of data i can change without reverse?
I know just - text. assigment, bank
Maybe i can change something else with other transactions?

Mostly text fields, and value dates + custom fields if you have any. All FI/CO objects, e.g. cost centre, profit centre, business area, G/L account, etc., are not changeable.
