Hi Guys,
I am a user of the SAP Contact Center (BCM) version 7.0.8.120.
In summay, I'm trying to find out how I can export a call whether Inbound or Outbound from BCM to possibly a file format I can listen to in Windows Media Player.

All recordings are in wav format and stored to location that is defined in SC. Please open your SC & check the path. Then open Online Monitoring and check the detail of the call you are looking for, based on the data OM tool provides you should be able to indentify correct recording.
