SAP Lumira -Why is Week() Different from =WEEKNUM?

Hello All,

So, I have a Lumira document that is currently connected to a BW Query. That query does provide the Created On Week Sunday (So, the Sunday of the week that the line was created). I was trying to extract the week number from it, but I noticed that the output of the calculation was not what I expected.

Here's the field in Lumira that I'm trying to create a Calculated Dimension on:

In light red, these are the values assigned to the Week() Calculated Dimension on the Created On Sun Wk KEY field, while the values in light green are =weeknum() based on that same date in Excel.

I have reviewed all of the Lumira documentation I could locate through Google, and have not been successful in trying to fix it. The second line is probably the easiest example to quickly understand; how is it possible that the first Sunday of 2016, 1/3/2016, was in the 53rd week of 2016?

Any help/advice you all could provide would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Hi Steve

I wonder if you are using Lumira 1.31, patch 4? Over the different updates there have been a number of fixes and enhancements in Lumira for date and date/time filed formats.
