HR_SYNC_PERSON Telephone number

Hi, I'm having trouble with the hr_sync_person report not updating and showing the phone number in a smartform (HRRCF_CANDIDATE_PREVIEW). There is an SAP note on this problem, and the system has the patch and code fix in it, but the problem still persists.

I have entered a phone number in IT6 and IT105, but in the smartform it appears empty. The address and email address both work correctly though.

I don't think it is the smartform's problem because it works properly for external candidates that do not make use of the hr_sync_person report. Although it could be a problem with the smartform not pulling from the correct field.

Any help would be appreciated.
