error in PSA

Hello,

When I try to upload ODS 0SD_C05 and cube 0SD_C15 (conditions for orders) I get an error message from the PSA:

"Arithmetical errors or conversion errors found in routine ROUTINE_0001 record 7841"

So there is only one record which contains errors. This record is identical with some records which have actually worked... Monitor is red with reference to error message in PSA.

What is the reason for this error and how can I fix it?
