Is the version history of reports movable to another system?

Dear experts

I wondered if its possible to move the version history of reports from a BI 4.1 system to a BI 4.2 system? Is there a possibility to migrate old versions of current reports to the new system?

If it is not possible then what is the recommended approach to migrate older report versions?

Versioning information is stored in Version Management (default is subversion) - which is like a DB.
You can move it to new location and point your 4.2 version management to the subversion repo from 4.1.
