SOAMANAGER Web service config backup

Hi,

Is there a way to backup the config in the "web service administration" area of SOAMANAGER? Are there some tables that we can backup?

EDIT: I've found note 2219008 which says you can use STC01 but we only have Netweaver release 701. Is there a way to do this in 701?

I've already looked at those links but transaction STC01 and class CL_STCT_SC_EXPORT_WEBSERVICE do not exist in release 701.
