This is Madhusudan,I have godd conseptual knowledge on Datemanagement,Status Management,Actiona Management,but I would like to know how to configure these things in CRM.

Hai Madhu,

here these all we are configurating in IMG screen(SPRO),what ever u configered dates,statuses,actions assign to particular profiles,than these all profiles( date profile,

action profile,status profile ) u assign transction types,

item categerys.Than when ever u use these objects,these profiles will activate.
