Hi guys,
we have changed the domain controller and the java thread of portal is unable to start-up. Any idea, how to set up new domain controller in the portal?
Thanx!

have you configurated the service on Windows with the domain user ?

What I believe is, Probably the default users that are installed by SAP j2eadm and SAPServiceJ2E during installation might have been deleted. Check if they exist, Control Panel > Administrative Tools >Computer Management > Local Users and Groups.
If they dont exist, probably you will have to reinstall.

Hi, I'm collegue of Peter, who had posted this question.
Thank's to all for suggestions.
I have checked default users, if they exists - and they are OK.
Using configtool, I have changed the ume.ldap.access.server_name property to point to alive domain controller. But I'm receiving the same error while starting EP:
#com.sap.engine.frame.ServiceException: Initialisation of connection pool failed for UACC
poolname swcz0002.abcd.com:389_UACC
java.naming.provider.url= ldap://swcz0002.abcd.com:389/
java.naming.factory.initial= com.sun.jndi.ldap.LdapCtxFactory
java.naming.ldap.version= 3
com.sun.jndi.ldap.connect.timeout= 25000
connection_pool_name= swcz0002.abcd.com:389_UACC
java.naming.security.principal= someuser
java.naming.security.authentication= simple
java.naming.security.credentials= ******
So, do you mean the J2EE Server of SAP MMC doesnt startup ?
