A question regarding design and implementation

Hi,

I'm implementing a BW solution across several countries in Europe (Implementing one at a time). The source system is in oracle and some part of implementation is market specific. What I plan is to create a single infoobject for Customer and Material across whole Europe. First we implement a country, everything was fine. Then I went to another one customer and material implementation is a bit different there so I added new attributes. But to put it in live I've to take down master data and data of the cube of first country and reload it according to new design. Now I'm working for third country and I've to make some more changes to customer and material objects. But again I've to make data for both country down and reload it. This cycle may keep increasing in future.

My question is, is there anything possible that I change in design and implementation of customer and material objects so that I can make the changes of future country gracefully i.e. without taking down all previous data and reload it.
