We are trying to print labels on Label grid of 3*5. One of the information printed on label is Part number which can be varied from 6 digits to 17 digits.
In few cases , when the part no. is less than 9 digits, it prints on all rows of the grid (of 3*5) but when the part number is more than or equal to 10 digits, it skips one row in the grid and print on the next row. We checked the IPL code for both scenario and we don't find any specific difference for such situation.
Can someone help to understand what could be the issue here? Please let me know if more information is needed to understand the problem.
