BIDP or BIDF exception codes not creating Warehouse Task during bin denial

Dear Experts,

This looks rather straightforward, but still not able to get this working.

I apply exception codes BIDP or BIDF during Stock Removal Warehouse Task Confirmation. My expectation is to create new WT for the next available bin. But somehow this is not working. Even the PI document is not getting triggered. All necessary configs are in place. Currently the Warehouse Tasks are confirmed with no qty picked and I can see exception codes in Warehouse task. But the follow-on warehouse tasks with next available bin is not getting triggered, even though I have suitable stocks available in next bin. No entry found in SMQ2.

Please let me know if there was something missing in my config.
