Short Text : Access to development object prevented by system configuration.

What happened? : Error in the ABAP application program. The current ABAP program "RWWKLASS" had to be terminated because it found a statement that could not be executed.

Error analysis : An ABAP development object was used, which should be deleted, or which could cause dangerous side effects if used. Usage of the development object in question was therefore prevented by a system configuration. The system is configured with a list of transactions, programs, methods, function modules and forms that cannot be used. This runtime error was triggered by the following entry from this list: Type: "P" Object : "RWWKLASS" Procedure : " " Class : " ".

May be you need to share more details as to what exactly you were trying to achieve and at what stage system is giving this dump error. Perhaps, you can have a look at OSS note 2366768

Or some other notes like 2453984 - S/4HANA: F4 search help of material SYSTEM_ABAP_ACCESS_DENIED or 2340581 - Runtime error in search help "Materials by several classes" so my suggestion is 'search OSS notes for your current version' with keywords like 'SYSTEM_ABAP_ACCESS_DENIED' and 'F4' or 'search help'.

If a short dump is in standard code then open an incident with SAP. SCN is not an official SAP Support channel.
