Problems when installing business content

Hi,

We have a fresh BW system and I am installing 0material, 0mat_plant, 0mat_sales, 0prod_hier, 0country info Objects and the <b>problem is they are going under Unassigned nodes</b>, though i can see that they are assigned to 0CA_IO or LO-IO when i go to the individual objects and see in <b>Master Data TAB</b>.

The corresponding Info areas in RSA1 are not visible. But Application Components are visible in Infosources.

Please let me know where i am going wrong. and also if anyone has document on "installing business content". please let me know.
