The place to find installation guides is on the SAO service marketplace: http://service.sap.com/instguides

if you don't have a user id there, you need one.

Check your /etc/services file to see about the port definition there. Port 21212 must not be assigned to anything else.

Typically SAP projects involve working with a basis systems consultant to guide the installation process. Part of their work is on the fly knowledge transfer, so that other systems might be installed without their assistance later on. SAP system landscape planning typically entails a certain degree of complexity and sophisitication. You would be encouraged to seek the services of an exeperienced basis systems consultant to help with your project.
