Purchasing data not maintained

Dear SRM Gurus,

I have replicated vendors from R/3.

In BBPMAININT it shows PURCHASING DATA.

Now when i create shopping cart and select a source of supply, it gives me an error - VENDOR "X" not intended for purchase.

Please suggest what am i missing.
