There are no settings to limit number of pages in report. Crystal Reports generates pages in WhilePrintingRecords evaluation time based on number of records, number of Groups, size of report sections, can-grow objects, printer driver, page settings (including margins). It is possible to have all above variables fixed and achieve what you are trying to get by adjusting the sizes of the components I listed.
