I tried yesterday to explain the organizational model to a functional CRM consultant. But somehow he was a bit frightened of it.

I made a BSP for managers with info of CRM transactions of their account managers. And he was testing it. So he had to make himself manager. I did it for him in PPOM and he asked, "So now i'm manager of these account managers?".

I said:" No. You are now placeholder of the position manager who leads an organizational unit of which several positions are placeholders of, of which several central persons are placheolder of, which have a relationship with a business partner, who have the role account manager."

This somehow scared him of a bit <ghihi>

    Kind regards, Rob Dielemans
