Attribute in Fox

Hi Consultants,

Material Group is an attribute on the material.

I want to define a formula for the materials that have the material group "X".

Is it possible.

Material Material Group(Attribute of Material)

M1 X

M2 y

M3 X

M4 X

Can I use the attribute in the FOX.

Have a look at function ATRV in FOX, you can access master data attributes using it.

yes you can do it...

create a formulae variable with processing type 'replacement path'...

You can very well do that. Just create a formula variable for material group (by using the option replacement path and giving the char as material). Then use this variable to define any formula.
