Cannot save the results of a report in WebIntelligence

I have a report in WebIntelligence and I can run it normally.

When I try to save the report (with the data) the system respond with this error:

an internal error ocurred while calling 'saveDocumentToCorporate' API. (Error: ERR_WIS_30270) (Error:INF)

I'm using SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform 4.1 Support Pack 3

Version: 14.1.3.1257

I tried to restart the WebIntelligence servers, but the problem is still happening

Hi Davison,

Would you please check with the BO Admin if you've permission/privilege to save the report in that specific folder? Also, if you were using LaunchPad earlier, try using Webi Rich Client and do the same exercise again.

I don't think it is a permission problem. I'm administrator with Full Access and I still have this issue.

The other point is that I have several reports in this same folder. This issue happens for some of them. Most of the reports is ok.

The other point is that the issue started last week. It was working fine before.

I'll try the Rich Client, but everyone here uses the portal to run the reports

Do you have sufficient disk space at BO server?
