SAP Work Manager - TIMESTAMP_FROM_MOBILE field value

Hi All

I have a query about the value being passed in this field during the Work Order Fetch: IS_BAPI_INPUT-TIMESTAMP_FROM_MOBILE.

My laptop is in IST (Indian Standard Time) and the SAP servers are in MST. But the value being passed in this field is: My local time (IST) after being converted to PST. Because of this we are facing issues during delta mechanism. Please help.

Regards Ankur

Ankur,

We confirmed that your servers are in Mountain Time. But they are currently in MDT due to daylight savings in the US. This is one hour earlier and so MDT would match PST and explain the behavior you are seeing.

Ankur,

Sravanthi points out good information regarding timezone differences between the Agentry client and server.
Also be aware that you need to assure that any timezone difference between your SMP and ECC systems is considered. The following thread discusses additional settings for timezone of the ECC server compared to the SMP server where the Work Manager Java code performs timezone conversions.

I believe that your current client's ECC is system is the US Central timezone. Since the SMP server is in Mountain time it is one hour away from both Central and Pacific timezones. It seems your setup may be not be accounting for this SMP/ECC timezone difference correctly.
