Hi Ravi Shankar,

After creating the system object, right click the system object again and create system alias.

Also in the system object set the user administration property to user, admin.

After you do these two settings you should find the system object in the user mapping dropdown list.

Hai ravi,

After navigating from User Admin to User Mapping,

In the Search , enter your userId and search it in Users.

Your User Id will be displayed in the Table With Edit Link.

Now check the drop down List box at the right.

Your System will be displayed.

Before doing user mapping , Make sure that you have created system properly and gave all Connector and User Management Property Entries and Created System Aliases.

Hope This Helps. Award Points if u find this use ful.

Hi Ravi . Please follow the steps

ONCE THE SYSTEM IS CREATED

1)Plz check the Defined Alias.

2)it should appear in default as clicked.

3)User mapping status should be Ok (it should show ready for user mapping )

once the status is ok .The system alias name will appear in the drop down .

Hi Ravi Shankar,

It is necessary to set permissions for the user to access the system.

Open the system -> permissions. Search and add the user and set the permission as " full control" and check the "end user" check box. Now the system alias will be available in the dropdown listbox for user mapping.

Hope it helps.

Hi,

Check if you have assigned a system alias to your system.

Also check under properties category User management of the system if you have set UIDPW and select admin, user.

Cheers!!
