Hi all,
I am facing a problem with a netweaver system I didn't install, so I don't know what components are already installed (XI, MI etc.). Is there a way to get this information?
The second question is: If for example XI isn't installed yet, how can I install it later. I used the SAPinst, but for me it looks like that I am reinstalling everything, because I have to choose whether to drop the db or to modify it (maybe db-modify is the right procedure)?!
Thank you!
You can check with SPAM/SAINT whether add-ons are implemented or patched.
Remember that some components are installed default because they are part of the core, like some XI functionality and MI.
Anyway, XI must have a J2EE part. For that it can be easily seen what is installed with either JSPM/SDM or System information webpage.

1. System -> Status, or CVERS - Table
2. It is not possible now
