AdaptiveJobServer - Send Mail - SAP BusinessObjects BI 4.2 SP2

Hello everyone, I have a windows server with SAP BusinessObjects 4.2 SP2, and I'm setting it to send Web Intelligence documents by email, but it has not been possible to make it work.

I set the properties of "SERVERBI.AdaptiveJobServer" service, add the destination "Email" and defined it all the properties, I'm trying to use a corporate mail server office365.com, I tried with protocols POP, IMAP and SMTP, but none work.

To schedule the Web Intelligence document the error message:

• "Object failed to run due to an error while processing on the Job Server".
• address error. [Error sending address(es) to SMTP server. Return code: [SMTP 530 - Authentication required.]. Reason: [xxxx@yyyy.com].]: [CrystalEnterprise.Smtp]

Before checking below link, make sure BO server can talk to email server.
