Anyone can help with me this question: we want to have email notification/alert when the schedule date in milestone or activity is reached. Or maybe notification sent to user 7 days before the date, depend on the rule. Is there any standard function/workflow in SAP to fulfill this requirement?
As I understand, normally workflow starts when we confirm the milestone, but somehow to have the alert/notification about the deadline of milestone/activity is really necessary for user.
