Analysis for Office 2.4 Excel function for dimensions

Hi - Is it possible to add a column using AFO and do some logic like the screenshot below? Basically I want column C value, unless C is equal to "Not assigned", then I want D. Logic in first screenshot.

Every time I do...I get Bag for everything, even when Cx is not Bag, except Not assigned, I get a blank. Second screenshot.
