BI Platform support tool 2.0 -error connect to hostagent

Hi Team, I have installed sap BI Platform support tool 2.0 in my local machine and when I am selecting Landscape configuration tab and selecting the server from the server list and clicking on the host settings and after entering username and password when clicking on validate it is throwing error Error connecting to Hostagent unable to validate the SAP Hostagent. This could be due to network connectivity, bad credentials,or misconfiguration. please try again. attached is the screenshot kindly suggest.

HI Tanuj,

If you are not seeing the JMX tab, you didn't create a Web Application landscape node. Under Landscape Configuration, when you click Create, it will prompt for Server Type, make sure you selected Web Application Server.
