Creating a upload program for cash journal using bdc

Hello to all,

I wanna upload cash receipts and cash payments and for that i am wanna make a program using bdc(recording- SM35). Is there any small sample program(with anyone of you guys) through which i can take reference ?

Note: I have taken separate recording for cash receipts and cash payments
