change password in a complex landscape

We are using ECC 6.0, NetWeaver 2004s (BW, XI, EP) and Solution manager together.

The policy requires both ABAP and JAVA users should change their password every 3 months. I want to know which post-step should we do if we change some admin user's password, for example:

• SM59 RFC connection.

• UME password setting for java....

I found note 903080 - Changing passwords in a SolManDiag scenario - but I am afraid it does not cover all scenario.
